Please be informed that a revised provision of the “Incheon National University Attendance and Class Management Guidelines” will take effect starting from the Fall Semester of 2025.

A. Revised Provision: Article 2 (Excused Absences and Period)

• Reason for excused absence: Menstrual pain (no supporting document required)

• Permitted absence period: 1 day per month

B. Effective Date: From the 2025 Fall Semester (starting September 1, 2025)

C. How to Apply:

• Students must submit a request via the University Information System [Attendance Recognition Application]

• Approval by the course instructor required
