In preparation for the Degree Conferment Ceremony for the 2024 Academic Year (to be held in August 2025), bachelor's d[Graduation] Notice for English Name Verification for August 2025 Prospective Graduatesegree certificates (in both Korean and English) will be issued. Graduating students must verify and, if necessary, correct their English name in the Integrated Information System by Friday, July 4, 2025.

○ How to Enter Your English Name:

Log in to the portal > Integrated Information System > Academic Administration > Academic Records > Basic Academic Management > Personal Academic Information (Student) > Edit Personal Information > Enter your English name and click Save

○ Recommendations:

Update your English name to match the name on your passport.

If you do not have a passport, ensure the capitalization and spelling of your English surname and given name are entered as you want them to appear.

(Examples: Hong, Gildong / Gildong Hong / GILDONG HONG)

※ Please note: Degree certificates cannot be reissued, so make sure your English name is accurate.

※ If no English name is registered or if it is entered incorrectly, an English name will be assigned arbitrarily.
