We are pleased to inform you of the application period for Withdrawal from Minor/Double Major and Postponement of Graduation for Minor (limited to two semesters) for students scheduled to graduate in the Spring Semester of the 2025 Academic Year (February 2026). Please make sure to submit your application within the designated period.

A. Eligibility

Students scheduled to graduate in the Spring Semester of the 2025 Academic Year (February 2026) who wish to:

• Withdraw from a Minor/Double Major.

• Postpone graduation as a Minor student.

B. Application Period (Strict adherence to the deadline is required)

• Application for Withdrawal from Minor/Double Major: ~ January 7, 2026 (Wed) 17:00

• Application for Postponement of Graduation for Minor: January 2, 2026 (Fri) ~ January 7, 2026 (Wed) 17:00

• Note: Students pursuing a Double Major who wish to switch to a Minor must check ($\checkmark$) the Minor option before applying.

• Department Assistant can confirm and change the course category correction.

Important Notes

• Students pursuing a Double Major who wish to pursue a Minor in the same department can switch to a Minor.

• Be careful to prevent the conferral of your main major degree from being deferred due to failure to withdraw.

Important Notes

• If a Minor student has not acquired the required credits for the Minor, they must apply for Graduation Postponement (limited to two semesters) if they wish to complete the Minor.

• The Head of the Affiliated Department and the Head of the Minor/Double Major Department must ensure that the approval process for the applicant is completed within the application period.

D. Cooperation Regarding Course Category Change

• When applying for Withdrawal from Minor/Double Major, changing the course category is mandatory.
