The School of Northeast Asian Studies (International Trade & Logistics) office is recruiting student assistants (Service Scholarship Students) as follows:
1. Eligibility
Current students of the School of Northeast Asian Studies at Incheon National University.
Note: Students on leave of absence, withdrawal, expulsion, graduation, course completion, extra semesters, or degree deferment are not eligible.
GPA of 3.0 or higher in the previous semester. (No grade restriction for freshmen/transfer students in their first semester of admission).
Applicants who have applied for the KOSAF (Korea Student Aid Foundation) National Scholarship for the 2nd semester of 2025.
Students who have paid their tuition in full for the 2nd semester of 2025. (If proof cannot be provided during the application period, it must be submitted upon acceptance).
Cannot hold other work-based scholarships concurrently.
2. Preferred Qualifications
Students who are diligent (punctual), sincere, and possess basic etiquette.
Students with a proactive attitude toward part-time jobs and various activities.
Students with excellent foreign language communication skills (English, Russian, etc. preferred; for international students, Korean proficiency is preferred).
Students with a service mindset who can actively assist international students.
Students proficient in document editing and computer usage (MS Office, etc.).
3. Work Period
December 15, 2025 ~ February 28, 2026
4. Job Description
Administrative assistance in the department office (answering phones, assisting international students, clerical support, etc.).
Management of department-affiliated rooms and office environment maintenance.
