The course withdrawal system for the 2nd semester of the 2025 academic year will be implemented as follows. Please read carefully and apply if you wish to withdraw.
a. Application Period

September 15, 2025 (Mon) 10:00 ~ September 16, 2025 (Tue) 18:00
b. Eligibility
-
Students who have completed registration for the 2nd semester of the 2025 academic year and are enrolled in 17 or more credits,
-
Students who, due to unavoidable reasons such as lack of academic capacity or incompatibility with aptitude, wish to withdraw from a course.
c. Number of Courses Eligible for Withdrawal

One course (up to 3 credits)

After withdrawal, the student must still be enrolled in at least 15 credits.
d. Application Procedure

Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → (Student) Course Withdrawal Application → (Student) Apply for Withdrawal (up to 1 course, 3 credits) → Confirmation of Withdrawal Approval Result → Individual Confirmation by Student
e. Result Confirmation

From September 24, 2025 (Wed) 14:00 onwards

Students must check individually through the Incheon National University Integrated Information System
f. Important Notes

Until the withdrawal approval is confirmed, the course remains in an “enrolled” status. Therefore, students must not be absent without leave.

If the withdrawal is not approved, the student must continue attending the course. Any absences taken during the withdrawal application period will not be recognized for attendance.
