A. Eligibility
Students expected to graduate in Fall 2024 (August 2025) who:
Wish to withdraw from a minor or double major
Are pursuing a minor and wish to postpone graduation
B. Application Deadline (Strictly Enforced)
Withdrawal from minor/double major: By Wednesday, July 9, 2025, 17:00
Graduation postponement for minor completers: From Tuesday, July 1 to Wednesday, July 9, 2025, 17:00
1. Withdrawal from Minor/Double Major
Student Application Menu:
Integrated Information System > Academic Affairs > Academic Records > Minor/Double/Linked Major Management > Apply for Withdrawal
※ If you have completed courses for the minor/double major, you must change the course classification (이수구분).
※ Students wishing to convert their double major to a minor should check the minor option when applying.
Departmental Approval Menu (for Department Chair/Staff):
Minor/Double/Linked Major Management > Approve Withdrawal Application
※ Department assistants can check and correct course classifications.
Important Notes:
Students who have completed the requirements for a minor under a double major may convert it to a minor. Failure to withdraw may delay the awarding of the primary major degree.
2. Graduation Postponement for Minor Completers
Procedure:
Student Application → Approval by Home Department Assistant → Approval by Home Department Chair
→ Approval by Minor/Double Major Assistant → Approval by Minor/Double Major Chair → Academic Affairs Office Final Check

Approval Menu for Department Chairs:
Graduation > Graduation Deferment/Postponement > Approve Minor Graduation Postponement
Important Notes:
Students who have not earned the required credits for their minor must apply for graduation postponement (limited to two semesters) to complete the minor.
Department chairs and assistants must complete the approval process within the application period.

D. Notes Regarding Course Classification Changes
Students applying for withdrawal from a minor or double major must be advised to change the course classification accordingly.
Graduation candidates who do not change their course classification before graduation will not be able to make changes afterward.
(Course classification changes cannot be made after graduation, including completion without graduation.)
