In preparation for the Degree Conferral Ceremony in February 2025 (2024 Academic Year, Winter Graduation), diplomas will be issued in both Korean and English. Graduating students are required to verify and update their English name through the Integrated Information System by January 3, 2025 (Friday).

○ How to Input/Update English Name

1. Log in to the Portal.
2. Go to: Integrated Information → Academic Affairs → Academic Records → Basic Academic Information Management → Personal Academic Records (Student) → Update Personal Information → Input English Name → Save.

○ Recommendations

• It is strongly recommended to update your English name to match the name on your passport.
• If you do not have a passport, ensure that your preferred English name is entered with proper capitalization and formatting.
  (Examples: Hong, Gil-dong / Gildong Hong / GILDONG HONG)

Important Notes:

• Diplomas cannot be reissued, so students must confirm the accuracy of their English name.
• If the English name is not registered or contains errors, it will be entered arbitrarily.
